Infused Oil and Garlic Sugar

We produce infused oils and dehydrated garlic (garlic sugar) designed to enhance the flavor of your daily meals. By utilizing olive oil, we infuse it with either elephant garlic, oregano, rosemary, or garlic rosemary and complement it with a variety of seasonings.

We also infuse locally made honey from the Texoma area with our Garlic sugar, garlic and herb seasoning (salt-free), onion powder, and/or cayenne pepper.

Finally, we have garlic sugar. What exactly is garlic sugar? It consists of elephant garlic that has been roasted in olive oil, dehydrated, and subsequently processed in a food processor until it reaches a fine sugar consistency.

Our products are produced in a private residence that are not subject to governmental licensing or inspection.
